Jade & Pearl Reusable Pink Pearls Prolapse Sponge
The Jade and Pearl Extra Dense + Firm Prolapse Sponge is a synthetic, reusable sponge designed to help relieve the dragging sensation associated with pelvic organ prolapse.
It offers extra support for prolapsed organs such as the uterus, bladder or intestines. Available in two size options, the sponge can be custom trimmed depending on the type of prolapse.
Whilst dense, this sponge is not suitable for absorbing large volumes of liquid and is intended only for light menstrual flow or prolapse support.
It can be worn for 3–4 hours before being removed, washed and reused. The sponge should be replaced every 3 months.
Each package includes one single sponge.

Sponge Care
Sponges can be delicate, so care should be taken when cleaning and using them. If cared for properly, the sponge can last for up to 3 months.
Jade and Pearl recommend that the sponge be cleaned:
- Prior to using it for the first time
- Daily or every other day during use
- If the sponge has an odour
- Prior to storing
Ensure the sponge is completely dry before storing.
Directions
- Use a natural chemical-free soap or soak for 5–10 minutes in a cup of warm water with one of the following:
- 2–3 drops of tea tree oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp baking soda, which helps restore volume and density
- 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide, which helps eliminate discolouration
- Rinse the sponge and squeeze out excess water.
Do not boil the sponge, as this will shrink and toughen it.
Do not use harsh soaps or chemicals.
