The Beppy Sponge is a super soft, squishy, stringless menstrual sponge. It is worn internally and inserted into the vagina like a tampon, where it absorbs menstrual fluids.

Because Beppy Sponges are flexible, they adapt to your anatomy for comfortable wear. They can be worn during sport, swimming, while sleeping and during intercourse, as they cannot be felt by you or your partner.

Types

Choose between a wet or dry sponge according to your experience and preferences.

• Wet: With Lactagel lubricant for easy insertion and a finger loop for easy removal- best suited to people new to using sponges.
• Classic Dry: Without a removal loop or lubricant - best suited to experienced sponge users.

Use

Sponges are individually foil-wrapped and are not sold with instructions in Australia. Instructions are as follows:

Insert:

1. Wash your hands.
2. Remove the sponge from its packaging.
3. Using your index finger and thumb, pinch the sides of the sponge together.
4. Insert the sponge so that it is positioned against the cervix.
5. You can wear your Beppy sponge for up to 8 hours.

Removal:

1. Wash your hands.
2. Insert your index finger into the vaginal canal to move the sponge lower.
3. Once the sponge is near the vaginal opening, use your index finger and thumb to pinch the sponge and remove.
4. Discard the sponge after use.

Warnings & Precautions

• Beppy is for single use only and must not be reused.
• Beppy is NOT a contraceptive.
• Maximum wear time is 8 hours.
