Description

Choose any two menstrual cups

Create a menstrual cup duo that suits your body, flow and comfort preferences. Choose any two cups from the Classic Bell, Curve and Folio ranges in your preferred sizes and colours.

Select two of the same cup or mix and match different shapes, sizes and removal features. A mixed duo is a practical option if you are still working out which cup feels most comfortable, or you can choose different sizes to use on lighter and heavier days.

Choose your cup style

  • Classic Bell Menstrual Cup: A soft, traditional bell-shaped cup with a short nib stem. Available in three sizes, including Extra Small.
  • Curve Menstrual Cup: An ergonomic curved cup with a tilted rim and trimmable ribbed stem. It may suit people with a tilted cervix or uterus, or those who experience bladder sensitivity with conventional cup shapes.
  • Folio Menstrual Cup: An ultra-soft, rounded cup with a loop-style stem and grip lines to assist with removal.

Capacities are measured to the suction holes. Total length includes the stem or loop.

Menstrual cup sizing is not determined by age or childbirth alone. Cervix height, cup length and width, flow, pelvic floor tone and personal comfort can all affect fit. Capacity helps determine how frequently you may need to empty your cup, but a larger cup is not automatically the best choice for a heavier flow.
