Menstrual Cup and Disc Bundle
Choose one menstrual cup and one menstrual disc
Create a reusable period care duo that gives you more flexibility throughout your cycle. Choose one menstrual cup from the Classic Bell, Curve or Folio ranges, then add one Halo, Cosmo, Orbo or Ovolo menstrual disc in your preferred size and colour.
A cup and disc duo lets you try two different styles of internal period protection or switch between them depending on your flow, activities and comfort preferences.
Choose your menstrual cup
- Classic Bell Menstrual Cup: A soft, traditional bell-shaped cup with a short nib stem. Available in three sizes, including Extra Small.
- Curve Menstrual Cup: An ergonomic curved cup with a tilted rim and trimmable ribbed stem. It may suit people with a tilted cervix or uterus, or those who experience bladder sensitivity with conventional cup shapes.
- Folio Menstrual Cup: An ultra-soft, rounded cup with a loop-style stem and grip lines to assist with removal.

Cup or disc: what is the difference?
A menstrual cup sits in the vaginal canal and opens to create a gentle suction seal. A menstrual disc sits higher, below the cervix, with its front rim tucked behind the pubic bone. Discs do not rely on suction to stay in place.
- Choose the cup when you prefer a secure suction seal or a product suited to exercise, swimming and overnight wear.
- Choose the disc when you prefer a flat-fit design, want to avoid suction or want an internal product that can be worn during penetrative vaginal sex.
Cup and disc sizes are not directly equivalent. Choose the size of each product separately based on its dimensions, your anatomy, flow and previous experience.

Important information
- Always break a menstrual cup’s suction seal before removal rather than pulling it out by the stem.
- Menstrual discs can be worn during penetrative vaginal sex but do not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.
- Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using an internal menstrual product if you have an IUD, a gynaecological condition, have recently given birth or had pelvic surgery, or have previously experienced Toxic Shock Syndrome.
- Always read the supplied instructions and use each product only as directed.
