How to use
Nixit sits above the vaginal canal and doesn't require a suction seal to form a seal (like a menstrual cup).
It can take a couple of cycles to find your rhythm with Nixit. The more relaxed you are the easier insertion and removal will become.
Boil: Clean your menstrual disc in boiling water for 5 minutes before first use and between cycles.
Squeeze & Insert: Hold the disc between your thumb and forefinger to squeeze. Insert by gliding it back and down towards the tailbone.
Tuck & Check: Push the front rim to tuck it up and ensure it sits above the pubic bone at the front.
Remove & Reuse: Untuck the front rim and gently pull out the disc. Empty, wash and reuse.
