GladRags Day Pads have a unique three-part design, which allows you to customise the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or two inserts. Day Pads are equivalent to a standard-size maxi pad and best suited to moderate flow.

Use

1. Place the inserts inside the holder, using more inserts for heavier days.
2. Securely snap the wings of your pad around your underwear with the tag side down
   
3. Change the pad and inserts every 2 to 6 hours or as needed.

Care

• Separate the inserts from the pad
• Pre-soak in cold water
• Machine wash cold
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low
• Cool iron if desired
• Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softeners
