If you have a medium or high cervix, skip trimming the stem. Merula cups have a thick, rigid silicone rim ensuring they open easily and a softer, thinner silicone body, making them easy to insert and comfortable to wear.

Made in Germany from soft, medical-grade silicone, it sits lower in the vaginal canal and stays fully open, making it ideal for users with any pelvic floor strength as well as for beginners. The flexible ladder-style stem can be trimmed for a custom fit.

The One Size has a high capacity of 38ml, which is suitable for a heavy flow. For a super heavy flow consider the Merula XL, which has a 50ml capacity.
